试论中药平性的内涵

The Meaning of Neutrality of Chinese Medicinal

目的:探析中药平性的内涵。方法:结合一药两性及对高学敏主编的七版《中药学》教材中的平性药物,进行总结分析。结果:发现平性药有以下几种情况:①寒热两性,或寒多或热多,或寒热相差无几;②温性或凉性,偏性不大;③无寒热之性。结论:平性是指药物作用于人体后对人体寒热变化无影响作用的特性。平性药物以适应面广,寒热虚实均可选用为其特点。

Objective: To explore the meaning of neutrality of Chinese medicinal.Method: To summarize and analyze on the basis of the idea that one medicinal has tow properties and the neutral medicinal sized in the 7th edition of Chinese Pharmacy by Gao Xuemin.Result: It is found out that there are several conditions of neutral medicinal:①both cold and heat in nature,more coldness or more heat or equal of the two,and no extremity;②warm or cool in nature,no extremity;③no coldness or heat in nature.Conclusion: Neutrality refers to the characteristic that medicinal manifests no influential affect to the coldness or heat change of human body after acting on the body.This kind of medicinal has a wide range of application and could be used on cold syndrome,heat syndrome,asthenia syndrome,and easthenia syndrome.
