中药用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:了解中药用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展。方法:通过查阅近年中国生物医学文献数据库(CMCC)和维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、清华同方CNKI系列数据库、万方数据库等文献资源,选出中药及复方治疗研究溃疡性结肠炎的文章,分析相关中药复方的功效、病理机制研究目标。结果:中药在治疗溃疡性结肠炎上以复方为主,单味药及提取物较少。在病理机制的研究中主要是考察组织或血液里细胞因子的变化。结论:中药复方和中药单味药及提取物在治疗溃疡性结肠炎上具有疗效,且毒副作用较低。在病理机制研究上就中药对细胞因子的调节是有科学指导意义的。

Objective:To understand traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis research progress.Methods:By reviewing recent Chinese biomedical literature database (CMCC) and VIP Chinese science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database (VIP),Tsinghua Tongfang CNKI series database,Wanfang database literature resource,choose the Chinese medicine and compound in the treatment of ulcerative colitis associated articles,analysis of compound Chinese medicine efficacy,studies on the pathological mechanisms of target.Results:In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to ulcerative colitis compound is given priority to,single herb medicine and extract less,in the study of pathological mechanism is mainly investigated tissue or blood cytokine changes.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription and single herb and extract in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with curative effect,and lower toxicity and side effects.The study on pathological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on the regulation of cytokine is a scientific guiding significance.
