基于稳健线性回归的多普勒频移的估计

摘要 分析了实际短波信道探测中多普勒频移测量的原理;介绍了M估计稳健线性回归的基本思想;采用稳健线性回归和一般最小二乘回归对多普勒频移的估计进行了模拟仿真,仿真表明,当出现异常值时,稳健线性回归拟合的误差小于一般最小二乘回归拟合的误差;给出了短波信道探测的初步结果,用稳健线性回归和一般最小二乘回归对实际探测所得信道冲击响应的相位进行拟合,结果表明,稳健线性回归拟合的性能高于一般最小二乘回归。 Analysis of the measurement principle of Doppler shift in actual shortwave channel probing is given.The basic concept of M-estimation robust linear regression is introduced.Simulation of estimation of Doppler Shift is made by using robust linear regression and common least square regression.Simulation result shows that the error of robust linear regression fitting is smaller than that of common least square regression fitting.One original shortwave channel probing result is provided.The phase fitting of the channel impulse response obtained in channel probing is done by using robust linear regression and common least square regression.The fitting result shows that the performance of robust linear regression is better than that of common least square regression.
