摘要
目的:提高影像医师在主动脉CTA中发现肺动脉栓塞的诊断意识。材料与方法:对2008.6-2012.5在主动脉CTA检查中意外发现的肺动脉栓塞10例,分析其影像学特点。结果:主动脉CTA可以同时诊断主动脉夹层和肺动脉栓塞,在主动脉CTA前应仔细检查病人体征,结合患者的临床资料,选择最经济的扫描模式可以减少漏诊。
Purpose:To improve the accuracy of diagnosis Aortic Dissection and Pulmonary Embolism with Aortic CTA.Materials and Methods:In 10 cases who underwent Aortic CTA diagnosed by accident with Pulmonary Embolism between June.2008 to May.2012,analyse the image characters of the cases.Results:Aortic CTA can be used to diagnose Aortic Dissection and Pulmonary Embolism,recongnizing the signs of patients and choose the most economic scan mode can reduse the missed diagnosis.
