小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的CT与MRI的诊断价值

CT and MRI Diagnostic Values of Dysplastic Gangliocytoma of the Cerebellum

目的:探讨小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的CT与MRI的表现及其诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析5例经病理证实的小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的CT与MRI的资料。结果:CT显示病变为不均匀低密度、等密度;MRI显示T1WI病变为等、低信号,T2WI为层状等、高信号;增强扫描病变无明显强化。结论:小脑发育不良性节细胞瘤的CT与MRI的表现有一定的特征性,有利于本病的术前诊断。

Purpose:To investigate the CT and MRI features and it’s diagnostic values of dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum.Materials and Methods:CT and MRI imagings and clinical presentation of 5 paients with dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum confirmed by pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Results:CT and MRI performance showed abnormal density or signal,which was middle or low density on CT and middle or low signal on the T1WI and in-homogenos high signal on the T2WI,and which was not showed in enhanced scanning.Conclusion:Dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum has it′s CT and MRI characteristics,CT and MRI are helpful in the pre-operation diagnosis and differential diagnosis of dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum.
