文科大学生创业制约因素与改进策略

On the Constraint Factor for Liberal Arts Students' Enterprise and Improvement Strategies

面对文科大学生就业困难的现状,促使其创业以带动就业具有诸多现实意义。文科大学生创业制约因素可从政府扶持政策、高校创业教育和学生创业认识与意向三个向度展开分析。以创业促进文科大学生就业,应从提供政策支持、给予资金扶助、强化创业意识、提高创业能力和在创业实践中扬长避短与取长补短等五个方面入手,实现政府、高校和创业学生三者的有效联动,建构完善的创业促进机制。

Liberal arts students have more difficulties in employment.Promoting them to create business and improving employment have significance that is more practical.The constraint factors for them can be analyzed from the following aspects: governments' support policies,the enterprise education,the entrepreneurial understanding,and intentions of students.Through entrepreneurship for employment of liberal arts students,we should provide policy support and financial assistance,strengthen their entrepreneurship awareness,and improve their entrepreneurial capacity.The students should avoid their weaknesses and cooperate with each other in entrepreneurial practices.The effective link between governments,universities,and student entrepreneurs should be achieved to construct a perfect entrepreneurship promotion mechanism.
