大学生的社会责任意识教育中,必须确立教师的地位,明确教师的主导作用。这主要体现在对学生思想动态的准确把握、教师的师德修养、教学内容的更新方面。强化教师主导作用,改善大学生社会责任意识教育的对策主要包括,严格选拔教师,加强师德建设;不断更新教学手段,提高大学生的认知水平;充分利用公共平台课或素质选修课,加强大学生社会责任感教育;大力加强宣传力度,强化榜样的力量;积极组织社会实践活动、给学生搭建增强社会责任感的平台。

In the education of college students' social responsibility consciousness,teachers' status must be established and leading role must be clear.This is mainly embodied in the update aspects of accurately learning students' ideological dynamic,teachers' ethics and accomplishment and teaching contents.Enhancing the teachers' leading role and improving students' social responsibility consciousness mainly include the following countermeasures: strictly selecting teachers,strengthening the construction of teachers' morality;constantly updating teaching means and improving university students' cognitive level;making full use of the common courses platform class or quality elective courses to enhance students' social responsibility education;greatly strengthening the propaganda and the power of the example;actively organizing social practice to enhance the social sense of responsibility of students.
