学术期刊编辑中标点符号的组合用法辨析

在正确的标点符号组合使用中,不存在逗号和省略号连用的情况,句号和省略号组合使用只有"。……"一种情况,而且可以用省略号替代。句号和引号的组合使用情况比较复杂,需要和引文来源的标注方式联系在一起考虑。2个书名号或引号之间应该用顿号隔开,尽管基于美观考虑,字数较少时不顿开似乎更好看一些,因为字数多少的标准很难统一,而且美观与否涉及价值判断,不适合作为一种对错标准。

In right combined usage of punctuation,there is no successive application of comma and ellipsis.The only combined usage of full point and ellipsis is '.……'(full point & ellipsis),and it can be substituted by ellipsis.The combined usages of full point and quotation are more complex,and should be considered with the marking way of citation. Between two book title punctuation marks or quotations,a slight-pause mark should be used.Although it is more beautiful not to separate them with a slight-pause mark if the word number is small,it is difficult to unify the standard of word number and judge what the beauty is,therefore,it can not be used as an criteria of assessment.
