血液透析患者丙型肝炎病毒感染的特点及防治 被引量：3

摘要 1流行病学丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)为一种单链RNA病毒,直径50～60nm,大约由9400个核苷酸组成。近似于人类黄热病病毒[1]。HCV的传播途径主要是输血和血液制品,性接触,经胎盘垂直传播的机会很少。与乙肝病毒相比,
