终末期肾脏病蛋白能量消耗致肌萎缩的诊断方法及价值 被引量:4

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者中普遍存在蛋白质能量消耗(protein-energy wasting,PEW)状态,当肾脏病进展至终末期时,PEW逐渐表现出相应的临床症状。研究证实[1]PEW发生发展过程中,肌肉蛋白合成速率降低、分解速率增加,
