摘要
介绍了中航CAPP系统与飞机钣金件工程设计平台(AMES)两种计算机辅助工艺设计系统的功能特点,论述了为搭建企业统一工艺设计平台对中航CAPP和AMES进行系统集成的必要性,提出了两者基于松、紧耦合相结合的集成方案,构建了服务一体化的集成架构,同时,对集成工艺设计平台的应用过程也进行了详细说明。
The paper introduces the functions and characteristics of two kinds of computer aided technological design systems (AVIC CAPP system and aircraft manufacturing engineering design platform for sheet-metal parts (AMES)), elaborates the necessity of conducting system integration for AVIC CAPP and AMES in order to establish a unified enterprise technological design platform, puts forward the integration plan on the basis of combining loose and tight couplings, and constructs an integration frame of service integration. Meanwhile, it also details the application process of integrated technological design platform.
