摘要
民机客户服务为客户保障客机的正常运行及保持飞机固有的性能状态提供支持与服务。为了快速、低成本、高效率响应客户请求,迫切需要在中国商飞建立机制完善的快速响应服务支撑平台,本文对民机快速响应服务支撑平台及其应用进行了分析与探讨。
The customer service of civil aircraft provides customers with support and service for ensuring normal operation of airliner and maintaining the inherent performance state of aircraft. In order to quick, low cost and high efficiency response to customers’ request, it is urgently required to establish a quick response service support platform with perfect mechanism in Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd. The paper analyzes and discusses the quick response service support platform of civil aircraft and its application.
