摘要
结合《石化和化学工业"十二五"发展规划》,对我国石油和化工行业中的炼油、乙烯、芳烃、有机原料、合成树脂、合成橡胶、盐化工、煤化工等重点领域的现状和特点进行分析,并对这些领域提升式发展提出了具体建议和措施。
China's 12th 5-year plan, begun in the last year, will be a destined new era, in which refinery, ethylene, aromatic, organic materials, synthetic resin & rubber, salt chemistry, coal chemistry and other important chemical branches will face a lots of new challenges. Elevating development is the way for the whole petroleum and chemical industry of China.
