In this article:in the last issue,Mr.Guo and his colleagues introduced the concepts and know-how of buy-back contract in Iran in On Buy-back Contract and the management in Iran.This time,the authors present a whole process to fulfill such a contract successfully,including decision of management mode,planning of key points,management of purchasing,and the control of designing,construction and etc.
