摘要
城市水资源紧张状况已越来越明显,城市的普遍缺水将成为城市发展的严重制约因素。天水市又是我国缺水城市之一,所以,研究、探讨、解决天水市城市供水问题是十分必要的。
The water resource of city has become more and more short supply. This question becomes the more importante element to restrict the cities' development. So how to settle this question is neccessary.
