摘要
固井是将水泥浆注入到井眼与套管之间的环形空间的施工作业,其质量优良与否关系到油田勘探开发长远经济效益。固井主要是为了封隔井眼内的油、气、水层,以满足在油气田开发过程中的层间封隔、测试、采油、增产措施等开发技术的有效实施。对于复杂问题和大系统,模糊综合评判模型可以反映客观事物因素间的不同层次,解决了因素过多难于分配权重的困难。本文就是基于模糊综合评判法对影响固井质量的三大类因素进行评价得到每一类因素的影响权重大小。通过计算分析可知:在影响固井质量的三大类因素中,固井因素的影响最大,其次是钻井因素,地质因素影响最小。
The cementing operation is to inject cement slurry into annular space between wellbore and casing,which is critical to the long term benefit of exploratory development whether success or not.It is to isolate different pressure zone effectively and implement isolation of individual zones,testing,production,stimulation and so on.For complex issue and large scale system,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can reflect the different hierarchy of objective things and resolve the problem of distribute weight.Based of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper evaluate the affecting factor of sementing quality.Through analysis of the influence of relative parameters,we get the weight of major affecting factors.Cement factor has the highest affecting degree,then drilling factor and geology factor.
