动力钻具配合高效钻头技术在中原油田钻井的应用 被引量:1

摘要 中原油田随着开发后期对开采剩余油气藏的需要,多目标大斜度定向井、小位移井所占的比重越来越大,对井身质量的要求也越来越高,靶区半径要求由原来的30~50m缩小到目前的10m~20m。按照常规的钻井方式,控制井眼轨迹的难度很大,连续调整钻具严重地制约了钻井速度。中原钻井通过对动力钻具优选、高效钻头优选、井眼轨迹控制技术研究,推广应用以井下动力钻具配合高效钻头为核心的钻井技术,提高了机械钻速,取得了很好的效果。 along with the needs of the leavings oil in the exploitation evening,the proportionment of the more-target and big-pitch directional well,small displacement well is much more,and the requirement of the well quality is also higher and higher.the request of the target radius is from 30~50m to 10m~20m shorten. As the routine drilling way,the control of the hole track are very difficult,and the adjustment of drilling tool restricts the drilling rate.The research for power tool selecting,the bit selecting,and the hole track control,application of power tool work in the high-effect bit,the drilling rate has enhanced,the inpact is very prominent.
