摘要
针对国内现有预应力固井地锚在较软地层固井失效,不能满足稠油注蒸汽热采的需要等问题,设计了单元式预应力固井地锚。可根据井况选用不同级数的地锚。该地锚采用了小孔节流、偏置滑块机构、模块化设计。使得地锚在下套管中途可循环,可应用于大斜度井,水平井中,且不憋压打开锚爪,现场操作简单,满足热采井的需要。
based on the problem of the domestic existing prestressed cementing the earth anchor cementing failure of a soft formation,and can't meet the needs of Heat production Wells of heavy oil;we designed unit-style prestressed cementing the uplift.According to different well conditions Choose different uplift of the series.The earth anchor used holes throttling,offset slider mechanism,the modular design.Make the earth anchor can be circulated in the middle of running casing and can be used in the highly in horizontal Wells,and not pressure-out can open anchor claws,site operation simple,meet the need of thermal production Wells.
