涠洲XX油田清防蜡工艺研究与应用

Research and Application of Paraffin Clean and Control Technology in WZ11-1N Oilfield

针对涠洲XX油田AX井的结蜡情况,为了快速有效的解决该井的结蜡问题,对防污染热洗清蜡技术及化学防蜡技术进行了研究并成功应用。采取热洗清蜡及化学防蜡相结合的方式有效的解决了AX井的结蜡问题,采取化学防蜡前产油量平均20m3/d,热洗清蜡后采取化学防蜡措施,产油量一直维持在42m3/d,目前已稳产4个多月,避免了结蜡对油井产量的影响,使采油效率提高到化学防蜡前的2倍多。

According to the paraffin deposit in WZXX-AX well,researched antipollution paraffin clean technology and chemical waxing control technology,which in order to solve this problem with speediness and high effectively.The paraffin clean and control technology successful application in AX well.Band together hot wax removing and chemical waxing control technology,effectively solved the problem of paraffin deposit in AX,the average oil output was 20m3/d before the times of application chemical waxing control,the average oil output turn to 42m3/d since take the chemical waxing control technic,up to now this well steady output more than 4 monthes,effectively avoid the infection of paraffin deposit,bring the oil extraction efficiency more than twice compare with before.
