在高校有机化学的教学实践中,以合作小组为基本组织结构单元,学生之间以合作和互动的方式,完成教师分配的目标和任务,教师通过强化学生学习过程的评价、量化学生的学习过程,把过程性评价与终端性评价结合起来。从而有效地实现了学生情感发展与学业成绩提高的统一,认知品质和非认知品质的和谐发展的统一。

In the teaching practices of organic chemistry in colleges and universities,we have the cooperative group as the basic unit;the students will complete the tasks and objectives assigned by teachers through cooperation and interaction between students.This kind of teaching practice will strengthen and better quantify the learning process of the students,and reasonably incorporate the process evaluation and result evaluation.The teaching practice effectively integrated the emotional development and academic performance of the students,achieved a harmonious between perceiving quality and non-perceiving quality.
