摘要
供电企业营销管理均应实行分线、分台区管理方式,按台区将营销管理责任落实到人,将营销指标分解考核到人,这种精细化管理模式规范了用电管理,促进节能降耗,提高了经济效益。本文从基层实际工作出发对分台区管理的具体实施步骤、操作办法、取得的成效进行了阐述,同时对分台区工作过程中发现的问题及相应的改进措施进行了探讨。
