With the change of both macro and micro environment, it is witnessing a significant adjustment for contemporary multinational companies' R&D investment strategy, which is characterized by: the expansion of R&D activity from domestic to overseas; the setting up of comprehensive strategic alliance; merging in different country to improve R&D capability; focus on R&D reservation and technology improvement; pay attention to the negotiation and protect strategy of technology.
