摘要
泥浆顶管施工技术作为管道非开挖技术中的一种重要方法,大量应用于各种管道工程。随着科技的发展,适应能力更强的曲线顶管施工技术也越来越多的应用到工程中。由于顶管施工过程中管道主要受到前向推进力和摩擦阻力的综合影响,而前向推进力又是管道顶进的主要驱动力。因此前向推进力的计算也显得非常重要。泥浆顶管过程中的推进力可以通过泥浆与管道之间和土壤与管道之间的摩擦阻力来计算。本文的主要目的是找出在泥浆顶管施工条件下对顶管的推进力的计算方程。
Slurry pipe-jacking is an important way what applied in pipeline trenchless technology and it is widely used in plumbing.As the development of the technology,curved pipe jacking is more and more applied in engineering because of its adaptation.In the construction of pipe-jacking,the effect of the thrusts and friction are significant,and the thrusts are the major driving power of pipe-jacking.Therefore,it is important to calculate the thrusts.The thrusts of slurry pipe-jacking procedure is relevant to two parameters,one is the friction between slurry and pipeline,the other is between soil and pipeline.The main purpose of this paper is to find out the equation of the thrusts under the procedure of slurry pipe-jacking.
