中亚异常高压产区固井问题井套管验漏与回接工艺技术

Application and Technologies of Casing Leakage Checking and Tie-back in Abnormal High-pressure Zone Cementation Defect Well,Central Asia

针对异常高压产区深层探井KW 2固井质量不合格及套管悬挂部位存在漏失隐患的问题,采取了逐级压降法承压验漏、套管回接等一系列工艺技术措施,落实了油层套管密封情况并成功进行了回接作业。该工艺技术和现场经验对同类型措施井施工具有一定的参考价值。

As a deep exploration well,KW2 locates in abnormal high-pressure zone.Due to the well cementing defect in deep interval of the well bore,there is serious leakage risk at casing hanging section of deep production casing.In this case,applied a series of reasonable technologies,which involves gradually pressure drop down casing leakage checking and small casing tie-back etc.,resolved all complicated troubles successfully.All of the related technologies and methods can be used for reference of the similar well.
