摘要
教育改革使传统的学校管理面临极限,教育发展又使学校管理的外延不断扩大,学校管理必须在研究性变革实践中实现基础教育学校的管理拓展。
The reform of education has put the school management to a limit. Meanwhile, the development of education has brought forth a great extension of the school management. Therefore, the school management of elementary education should be extended and developed in the practice of research transformation.
