近几年来,中小学的现代教育技术设备配置数量、品种明显增多。其使用效益问题也正被人们所关注。针对目前普遍存在的设备使用低效能状态,必须建立一套科学合理的审购、管理与评价机制,才能提高现代教育技术设备的使用效益,更好地发挥现代教育技术设备在教育、教学中的作用,促进中小学电化教育的健康、深入地发展。

Elementary and Secondary schools have disposed a large number of varied modern education technical facilities recently. And people have paid more attention to the benefit of using them. In view of the common problems of low frequency of using, we must set up a series of scientific and reasonable rules and regulations of examined purchase, management and evaluation so as to improve the benefit of using, play better role in education and bring about a healthy advance in elementary and secondary audio-visual education programme.
