This paper presents a method of Image Transmission in vehicle monitoring system based on GPRS and GPS.It shows hardware design of vehicle and software design of the Image Transmission monitoring system.From the second aspect,it's easy to kown that a method of transmission for image information and flow control of data communication and so on.The Image Transmission terminal is made up of GPRS module for wireless data receiving and sending,GPS module for positioning,image collection module and control module.
