摘要 中原油田随着气田的开发,气层压力逐渐降低,在修井过程中压井液漏失非常严重,甚至根本无法建立循环,压井液的漏失对气层的污染加重。为了降低压井液对气层的伤害,开发了氮气泡沫压井液技术,其密度可以在0.25~0.98g/cm3之间根据需要调整,现场施工工艺简便,该技术首次在部1-31井应用取得了成功,有效地降低了对低压油气层伤害。 along with the gas field in zhongyuan oil field,gas zone pressure is gradually fail.the fluid is leak very much in the well cleanout work,indeed,unable to found circulation,and the pollution to gas zone is so strictness.For depressing the harm that the fluid vs the gas zone,open up the nitrogen-foam fluid rushing-sand technology,the fluid density can adjust from 0.25 to 0.98 g/cm3 basis requirement,locale construction simple.It was application at B1-31 well and had obtained succeed,reduced the harm to the low gas zone effectively.
