摘要
作为一种新型改性方法,电晕诱导接枝进行聚合物微孔膜表面改性具有设备简单、可连续运行、不破坏膜本体结构、操作条件温和、辐照强度均匀以及产物纯净等优点。本研究中,使用电晕处理设备对自制PVDF平板膜表面进行了电晕放电处理,电压为8~12kV,处理时间为20~100s。然后将其浸入丙烯酸溶液中进行接枝聚合反应,单体浓度为15vt%,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为5小时。研究该方法可行,并且接枝效果和电晕电压、电晕时间、接枝时间和单体浓度成正比。
As a new method of polymeric substance surface modification,it's superior,that modify by corona-induced grafting,such as the simple device,working continuously,not destroying of membrane,the mild operating conditions,the uniform intensity of corona and the pure products.First,the membrane was treated by corona in the conditions of 8-12kV and 20-100s.Then,put the membrane into the acrylic acid solution to grafting in the conditions of 15vt%,50℃ and 5hr.The result proves the grafting effect is directly proportional with corona voltage,corona time,grafting time and monomer concentration.It has the best temperature at 50℃,and the explosive polymerization has take place at 70℃.
