摘要
为了改善传统电机调速系杂波干扰大,系统复杂的缺点,设计一种用工业单片机通过过零触发方式,控制可控硅进行电机调速的电路,达到了减少主电路杂波干扰,控制灵活的目的。可控硅采用过零检测触发方式,主回路由软硬件协调完成,系统简单,检测和维护方便。
In order to improve the shortcomings such as high cost,poor flexibility,and complex systems of the traditional motor speed control system,a design with 89C2051 MCU to control thyristor is used to motor speed circuit to reach the purposes of controling flexibility and showing the speed.SCR is triggered by the way of zero trigger,the main circuit is harmonized by software and hardware,so the system is simple and easy to detect and maintenance.
