摘要
在生产丙烯酸的过程中,丙烯酸产品中加入的阻聚剂为对羟基苯甲醚。本文通过丙烯酸聚合实验来比较阻聚剂的使用效果,从而更改阻聚剂配方,最终达到降低产品的加工成本的目的。
Activated carbon fiber(ACF) absorption unit is first applied in acrylic acid production industry.Waste gas removes trace acid through pre-treatment and enters ACF for absorption,and then desorbs by steam after saturation.Desorbed organic solvent separate with water through condensing and is recycled into production.Recycled solvent achieves considerable economic benefits.
