注汽强度对蒸汽驱开发效果的影响

摘要 注汽强度是决定蒸汽驱开发效果的主要影响因素之一,注汽强度过高,蒸汽迅速窜入生产井,波及程度低;注汽强度过低,蒸汽所携带的热量大量散失到上下盖层,热效率低,蒸汽驱开发效果差。国内外成功的蒸汽驱开发实例证明,不同油藏存在不同的注汽强度临界点,只有在临界点之上才会取得较好的开发效果,否则开发效果会变差。本文以齐40区块蒸汽驱扩大试验区7个井组为例,通过研究注汽强度与注汽过程中热损失的关系得出:注汽强度对地面热损失有一定的影响,对地层热损失影响很大,提高注汽强度能有效提高注入蒸汽热利用率,降低地层热损失。利用注汽强度与注汽过程中热损失以及采油速度之间的关系,找出不同油藏条件的注汽强度临界点,为注汽强度的动态调控提供理论依据。 Steam injection intensity is one of the main factors impacting the effect of steam flooding.If the intensity is too high,steam can rapidly reach the bottom of production wells.While if it is too low,a lot of steam heat will dissipate into the top and bottom cap rocks,which will lead to a low thermal efficiency and the effect of steam flooding will be bad.The domestic and overseas successful cases of steam flooding indicate that different reservoirs have different critical steam intensities.Only above the critical point can we get a good result,or the result will be bad.This article takes the seven enlarging experimental area of Qi40 block as an example,based on the relationship between the steam injection and thermal loss,it was found that steam injection can affect the thermal loss on land,what's more,it can badly affect the thermal loss in the reservoir.Improving steam intensity can effectively improve the efficiency of heat utilization and lower the thermal loss in the reservoir.Based on the relationship among the steam intensity,thermal loss and production rate,we found the critical steam intensities of different situations of reservoirs and provide theoretical basis for the dynamic regulation of steam intensity.
