聚丙烯酰胺母液胶状杂质组分分析及成因研究

摘要 聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为驱油剂在油田的三次采油中发挥了重要作用。PAM的性质改变会影响原油采收率。PAM在配制站滤袋内产生胶状杂质,本实验对胶状杂质取样并进行分析,结果表明,胶状杂质中有大量的细菌(硫酸还原菌,铁细菌,腐生菌)、无机离子和有机物质。这些物质的存在对设备产生腐蚀,并对注入的聚丙烯酰胺产生了凝聚作用,影响驱油效果。 the polyacrylamide(PAM) as the driving oil field in eor played an important role.PAM properties change will affect oil recovery.In preparation PAM standing within the filter bag,this experiment colloidal impurity of colloidal impurities sampling and analysis,the results show that the colloidal impurities lots of sulfuric acid bacteria(sulfate-reducing bacteria,iron bacteria and saprophytic bacteria),inorganic ions and organic substances.The existence of these substances on the equipment,and to infuse the corrosion of polyacrylamide produce condense effects,affect oil displacement effect.
