某化肥厂炉管爆裂事故分析

Failure Analysis on Furnace Tube of Fertilizer Plant

本文通过对某化肥厂爆裂炉管进行了力学性能试验、化学成分及金相分析,采用扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪对断口微观组织的成份进行了分析。实验结果表明,此次化肥厂炉管爆裂的主要原因是炉管在服役过程中,受到了异常高温过程,导致炉管材料中晶界上出现了网状σ相,而网状σ相强度低,塑性又差,导致事故发生。

In this paper,the performance and chemical composition of furnace tube are tested,and by microstructure analysis,EDS analysisontain we found out the failure reason of the furnace tube.The furnace blast is it encounted high temperature suddenly in the service process,and it caused the microstructure of furnace tube has emerged reticular σ phase,and the σ phase is so low intensity and low toughness,so the blast is caused.
