摘要
氯乙烯单体(VCM)主要用来合成聚氯乙烯(PVC)。聚氯乙烯是世界五大工程塑料之一,聚氯乙烯在各行各业具有十分广泛的应用。由于能源结构形式和潜在的成本优势,目前,我国氯乙烯单体工业合成工艺主要以电石乙炔法为主。但该法催化剂高汞触媒的使用会带来系列问题,是其发展的瓶颈。本文指出了高汞触媒一系列弊端,对其现状进行了分析,并对电石乙炔法氯乙烯单体合成工艺催化剂的发展趋势进行了展望。
Vinyl chloride monomer(VCM) is mainly used synthetic polyvinyl chloride(PVC).PVC is one of the world's five major engineering plastics,it has a very wide range of applications in all walks of life.As the energy structure and the potential cost advantages,China's industrial synthesis of vinyl chloride monomer mainly calcium carbide acetylene based at present.However,the method using high mercury catalyst will bring a series of issues,which is the development bottleneck.This paper points out the high-mercury catalyst a series of drawbacks,the catalyst status was analyzed,and calcium carbide acetylene vinyl chloride monomer synthesis catalyst trend was predicted.
