浅谈双电机控制系统的设计新思路

On the dual motor control system design of the new ideas

通过对基于DSP、CPLD和IPM设计的双电机控制系统进行了初步分析,介绍了DSP控制两台电机——步进电机和三相交流异步电机的新思路:以DSP和IPM组成的控制系统,以DSP作为主控CPU,通过CPLD构成的环行分配器对步进电机的运转进行精确控制;利用空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法对交流异步电机进行调速控制。

In this paper,based on DSP,CPLD and IPM design of dual motor control system,a preliminary analysis,this paper introduces a control method in which DSP controls two motors,step motor and AC servo motor.The actiyator based on DSP and IPM,controls AC servo motor with the SVPWM method;The ring distributor based on DSP and CPLD,accurately controls the step motor's moving.
