秦家屯油田定向井偏磨机理分析与治理技术研究

摘要 秦家屯油田多采用定向井开发,偏磨严重。通过实验模拟,认为定向井造斜点高、斜井段长、造斜率较大等特点导致斜井段径向力较大是影响偏磨的主要机理。针对偏磨特点,研究了弹性支撑抗磨副、旋卡杆体扶正器等技术并形成技术配套,现场应用效果良好。 Directional wells are used in the development of Qinjiatun oilfield,the eccentric wear is serious.Through the experimental simulation,we think that high kickoff point、long deviated section、greatly deflection rate are the results of the larger radial force,that is the main mechanism of eccentric wear.Based on the characteristics of eccentric wear,we formed treatment technology and obtained good effects.
