摘要
由于水平井技术具有能在很大程度上提高油田的动用储量和采收率等优点,越来越被各油田单位所重视,但在水平井钻井施工过程中,如何提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期一直是工程技术人员所困扰的难题。文章详细分析了水平井快速钻技术在伊拉克AHDEB油田AD 205H井的应用,通过对地层岩性和倾角分析,从科学控制井眼轨迹,合理调整钻井参数,优化钻具组合和钻井液配置等方面入手,使水平井快速钻井技术得到成功实践。
Due to the advantages that horizontal well could increase the producing reserves and recovery ratio largely,more and more oilfield units have paid attention to it,however,the problem is how to increase the drilling speed so as to shorten the drilling circle,it has puzzled the engineers for a long time,.This paper has analysed the application of horizontal well rapid drilling technology in well-AD205H of Iraq AHDEB oilfield,horizontal well rapid drilling technology has carried out successfully by means of analyzing the formation lithology and dip angle,controlling borehole trajectory scientifically,regulating the drilling parameter rationally,optimizing BHA and collocating drilling fluid.
