摘要
为解决树脂锚杆钢筋在应用中杆体加工端发生脆断问题,提出将韧性指标作为锚杆钢筋的质量控制指标之一,并确定了400 MPa级以上的产品20℃冲击功(Akv)不小于30 J的领先指标。为此,结合装备水平采用了"低温开轧、快速冷却为主,优化成分、进一步提高钢的洁净度为辅"的先进生产工艺,成功开发出了冲击韧性指标突出、综合性能优良的低成本高安全性的高级锚杆钢筋。
In order to resolve brittle breaking problem of anchor reinforcing bar,proposes the toughness target as one of the quality controlling target of the anchor reinforcing bar,moreover defines the leading target of 20 ℃ impact energy(Akv)that is not smaller than 30J for over 400 MPa products.For this reason,uniting the outfit level adopts well-developed manufacturing technology of 'rolling in the low temperature,speedily cooling,optimizing composition,further enhancing the cleanliness of steel',thereby develops successfully the low cost high-quality anchor reinforcing bar that has excellent toughness and comprehensive performance.
