The Technology and Systematic Optimization in Recycling Waste Heat from Sintering Ore to Power Generation

摘要 烧结矿显热回收发电技术是利用烧结矿显热产生的中、低温烟气通过余热锅炉生产蒸汽,推动汽轮机组做功发电。基于烧结矿显热的基本特点及成因分析,介绍并讨论了烧结矿显热回收发电技术的三种形式,特别介绍了双压蒸汽发电系统流程及其相关技术,并提出烧结矿余热发电工程设计和运行的环冷机热风罩改造、烟气分段回收、热风循环、二次燃烧及信息共享等优化建议。 The steam,produced under medium and low temperature gas generated by sensible heat of sintering ore through waste heat boiler,can enable turbine to generate power,which is called generation recovery technology.This paper is conducted on the bases of the basic characteristics and cause analysis to explore and further illustrate three main kinds of technologies in recycling waste heat from sintering ore to power generation,especially the detailed introduction in the process of power generation under the dual pressure system,including some related technologies.Furthermore,some suggestions on sintering waste heat power generation are made with a view to optimizing engineering design and operation in aspects like hood transformation of ring cooler,sublevel recovery of gas,hot-air circulating,secondary combustion and information sharing etc.
