在不影响电炉除尘效果的基础上,根据炉前烟气温度将电机速度设定为不同的几个阶段,电机调速采用具有矢量控制及能量回馈技术的高压变频器,具有具备恒转矩、调速精度高、调速范围宽等特点,通过对除尘风机的变频改造,使系统用电量明显下降,节电率达35%以上。
According to flue gas temperature of arc furnace,the motor speed is set to different stages on the basis of not affecting the furnace dedusting effect.Motor speed control uses the high voltage frequency converter with vector control and energy feedback technology.This frequency converter has the advantages of a constant torque,high speed regulation precision,wide speed regulation range.Frequency conversion reconstruction of the dust removal fan makes power consumption of the system decrease significantly.Power saving rate is over 35%.
