摘要
针对威金斯转炉煤气柜气体置换的常用方法,从置换过程的安全性、置换时间、资源消耗等方面进行了分析,提出了相关计算公式,指出转炉煤气柜恒柜容间接置换是一种理想的气体置换方法。
In the light of commonly used method for gas replacement of Wiggins converter gas holder,several aspects were analyzed,such as safety in replacement process,replacement time,resource consumption.The relevant calculation formulas were advanced.It was considered that constant volume indirect gas replacement method of converter gas holder was an ideal gas replacement method.
