摘要
首钢迁钢150 MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统利用低热值的高炉煤气进行发电,通过掺入少量焦炉煤气,解决低热值高炉煤气燃烧不稳定的问题。每年为国家节省标准煤36.75万t,其发电能耗为0.292 kg标准煤/kW.h,效率达到45.5%。
The 150 MW combined cycle power plant(CCPP) of Shougang Qian'an Iron & Steel Co uses blast furnace gas with low calorific value to generate electricity.A small quantity of coke oven gas is added to solve the problem of unstable combustion of blast furnace gas with low calorific value.The 150 MW CCPP system saves standard coal of 367500 tons for the country every year.Its power consumption is standard coal 0.292 kg/ kW?h and the efficiency reaches 45.5%.
