受污染滤料原位再生技术是指对过滤器中受污染而失去过滤功能的滤料在其原始位置进行再生的一种技术,该技术从开发完成正式使用于钢铁行业至今已有3年。主要介绍了该技术的开发背景和技术原理,并以部分工程实例论证了受污染滤料原位再生技术在钢铁行业应用的可行性和优越性。
The in-situ regeneration technology of contaminated filter material refers to the technology by which the contaminated filter material losing filtering function in the filter regenerates in-situ.This technology has been used in the steel industry for three years since it was developed.The development background and the technical principle are introduced.The feasibility and superiority to apply the in-situ regeneration technology of contaminated filter material to the steel industry are demonstrated by some engineering examples.
