摘要
高炉TRT静叶控制对于TRT系统的安全、高效运行及高炉顶压调节起至关重要的作用。针对TRT静叶控制程序存在的缺陷,结合ZSA伺服控制器的工作原理,对控制程序进行优化,实现了静叶控制的无扰动切换及静叶反馈断线保护。
TRT fixed blade control of blast furnace plays an important role in safety,high efficiency operation and top pressure regulation of blast furnace of the TRT system.In the light of the shortcomings of the fixed blade control programs,combing with the work principle of ZSA servo controller,the control programs are optimized.It has realized undisturbed switching of the fixed blade control and fixed blade feedback line breakage protection.
