摘要 通常锅炉上的鼓、引风机都是电机以定速运转,再通过改变风机入口的档板开度来调节风量。而风机的最大特点是负载转矩与转速的平方成正比,而轴功率与转速的立方成正比,因此如将电机的定速运转改为根据需要的流量来调节电机的转速就可节约大量的电能。介绍了南通宝钢钢铁有限公司BFG锅炉鼓、引风机的变频改造项目。 The motors of a blower fan and an induced draft fan run at constant speed usually.The air volume is adjusted by changing the baffle plate opening of the fan entrance.The biggest characteristic of the fan is that load torque is proportional to square of the speed,and the shaft power is proportional to cubic of the speed.Therefore,much of power can be saved if constant speed of the motor is changed to the speed that is adjusted according to the required flow.The frequency conversion reconstruction project of the blower fan and the induced draft fan for BFG boiler of Nantong Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd are introduced.
