摘要 结合首钢迁钢公司能源利用实际要求,配套建设了一台150 MW纯燃高炉煤气的燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组,在利用副产高炉煤气进行联合循环发电的同时,利用余热锅炉次高压一级过热器引出一路次高压蒸汽外供公司管网,余热锅炉产生的次高压、低压蒸汽经过汽轮机做功拖动发电机发电,产生的乏汽经凝汽器换热部分通过分体式水源热泵空调机为控制楼进行制冷(制热),形成了一套冷热电联产的总能系统,在钢铁厂能源综合梯级利用方面进行了新的尝试。 According to the practical requirements of energy sources utilization of Shougang Qian'an Iron & Steel Co.,the 150 MW gas-steam combined cycle generating set using BF gas is constructed.The generating set generates by by-product BF gas.A part of the secondary high pressure steam from the secondary high pressure superheater of the waste heat boiler is supplied to the Company's steam pipeline.The secondary high pressure steam and the low pressure steam of the waste heat boiler drive the turbine to generate.The exhaust steam of the turbine converts into heat water by the condenser heat exchanger and the heat water is used to refrigerate(make heating) for a control building by the separated air conditioner with water source heat pump.The project forms a general energy system combined cooling heating and power(CCHP).It is a new effort in the energy cascade utilization in the iron & steel works.
