摘要
沙钢M-251S型低热值煤气燃汽轮机进气系统空气过滤器二级滤筒堵塞过快、过滤段压差增高过快,且现场粉尘太多湿度大影响燃机负荷。在空气过滤器一级过滤外应用初效过滤器,使二级三级滤筒滤毯延长更换周期降低生产成本,提高机组经济效益。
Easy blockage took place in the two stage filter drum of air filter of the air intake system for M-251S gas turbine with low calorific value of Shagang Group.Differential pressure in the filter stage increased too fast and there was too much dust and high humidity in the field.These had an effect on the gas turbine load.A primary filter could be used outside the primary filter drum of the air filter to prolong replacement period of filter blanket of the two stage filter drum and the three stage filter.It could reduce production cost and improve economic benefits of the unit.
