详细阐述了邯钢35000 m3/h制氧配套水站PLC控制系统频发停机的故障现象,综合分析查找原因,并在硬件和软件两方面对PLC系统进行优化,彻底杜绝了此类故障的再次发生,保证了设备的安全运行。
The failures in the PLC control system for 35000 m3/h air separator supporting water station of Handan Iron & Steel Group Co.,Ltd are expounded.Comprehensive analysis is made to find the reasons.The PLC system is optimized from the software and the hardware.It has avoided such kind of failures and guaranteed safety running of the equipment.
