类风湿关节炎在第二肩关节的X线表现

X-ray Findings of Rheumatoid Arthritis of the Second Shoulder Joint

目的:探讨类风湿关节炎在第二肩关节的X线表现。材料与方法:回顾性的分析了我院经临床确诊、在我科所拍摄双侧肩关节有异常的120例RA患者。结果:120例RA患者第二肩关节的X线表现为多样性:关节间隙狭窄,增宽,骨质疏松,骨质侵蚀破坏等,关节的X线表现与患者病史长短不成正相关,与患者病情的发展变化、患者的生活状况,患者是否早期积极正确的治疗及后续长期规范治疗的有一定的关系。结论:RA患者第二肩关节的X线表现的回顾研究,提高对RA在肩关节X线改变的更进一步的认识,有利于指导临床的治疗方式。

Purpose:Goal discussion class rheumatism arthritis in second shoulder joint's X performance.Materials and Methods:Review′s analysis my hospital after the clinical diagnosis,has photographed the two-sided shoulder joint in my branch to have the unusual 120 example RA patients.Results:The 120 example RA patients second shoulder joint′s X performance is the multiplicity: The joint gap is narrow,broadens,the osteoporosis,the ossein corrosion destruction and so on,joint′s X performance is inadequate with the patient medical history length is being related,with the patient condition′s development change,patient′s living condition,whether the patient early time positive correct treatment and the following long-term standard treats has certain relations.Conclusion:The RA patient second shoulder joint′s X performance′s review research,enhances to RA in the shoulder joint X change further understanding,is advantageous in the instruction clinical treatment way.
